Fall is the best time to aerate and seed. Aeration will loosen compact soils,allowing
more efficient air, water and nutrient penetration to the root zone. The soil temperatures
are ideal and you will get good seed to soil contact after aerating for a good seed germination.
We use and recommend seeding with high quality Turf Type Fescue.

We are not the $38-$40 neighborhood special hire anyone with a car with a hitch
type company. These guys usually give a kid with a car, a t-shirt, trailer and aerator
with a stack of work and send them to your property to get the job done. You usually
do get what you pay for.
